Touch Me Not........and the HIV / AIDS connection
Don't misunderstand the above.......I am not stigmatizing our friends from the HIV / AIDS community, I am merely trying to stir the emotions that judge......????? Your curiousity is piqued?

And Then There Was LIGHT
And to all of you reading this, LET THERE BE LIGHT! Yes! It's Diwali, Deepavali or the New Year, and This Light shall keep you Warm and Safe........
Today, is the wonderful Festival of Lights, celebrated by Hindus world over, commemorating the triumph of light over darkness, goodness over evil, freedom over suppression.
In celebrating this JOIE de VIVRE, we, the little, funny, people who have drowned ourselves in the Spices, Beans, Cereals and Vitamins are having a Shindig in , to tell the world that there is LIGHT for the thousands and millions of AIDS victims world wide.
The AK Group of companies, with the Drug Intervention Community of Pahang, PENGASIH, an AIDS Support group, the ROTARY Club of Kuantan and loads of well wishers of the AIDS cause are coming together to garner funds and invaluable support from the community at large.
The program on World AIDS Day will be a touching event as a thanksgiving ceremony as we celebrate the return of health of our friends with AIDS. We want to gift this same option to other friends with AIDS and we are submitting a Memorandum to a prominent politician Dato Shukri, for funding.

The Nectar of the Gods
Ben Ong is continuing to be permanently grinning, almost as if in a state of risus sardonicus, but he's allowed that, considering he had been condemned to a "Death sentence " way back in 1987. And now, it seems the Grim Reaper has fled the scene...??? I wonder why.........

The AGONY and the ECSTACY
Ben Ong is the happiest man on Earth this Saturday night, and he's earned it after years of being an AIDS victim. Tonight he's celebraing life, thanks to MAS AYU and not to any anti retroviral. The Spice Saga
Daughter of Spice is thrilled to bits that there is an alternative way of looking at health.....did you ever think that those liitle seeds with strange and exotic smells could rock the world? Remember when you were a kid and when you saw those little floaters in your favourite curry, you protested very loudly that they were contaminating your favourite chicken curry!!!!
The Brits , long after their distant conquests of faraway lands have now made curry their weekly fare, right alongside Fish and Chips and Roast Beef! That's the alluring quality of SPICES. They titillate you and then they are there to stay!
And now we have the same household spices which my patriach lovingly sold to the people, has become a "wonder healer"
A tad of Cumin, a dash of Cinnamon, a pinch of Fennel and several more spices have been compounded with cereals and grains to create healing miracles......
Everything that's found on this planet has a use......only if we listen will the Earth tell us what to do....

the spice merchant's daughter
The spice merchant's daughter seems like an unlikely blog site nor a blogger, but seems like the daughter is about to do both......the daughter is truly the daughter of spice and it took her almost half a century to realise that....thanks to the Spice Girls.....hai, she was here long before the Spice Girls were even thought of. Go eat your heart out Victoria Beckham.
Growing up as a spice merchant's daughter is a story by itself. Imagine being surrounded by smells that never ended. It was all around you and you didn't think that there may be another world where your senses were not constantly being bombarded by all things pungent, and sneezing was a way of life.
